Return & Exchange

1. Return conditions

Return time: 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, if the goods are not worn, damaged and retain the original packaging and tags, you can apply for a return.

Product requirements:

The goods must be in new condition and unused.

Please ensure that the tags, packaging and accompanying accessories of the goods are intact.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of special goods such as underwear, belts (such as ties, belts, etc.), discounted goods, etc.

Reasons for return:

The goods have quality problems (such as defects, stains, fading, etc.).

The goods do not match the description (such as color, size, etc.).

Due to inappropriate size or other personal reasons (such cases usually require shipping costs).

2. Goods conditions


Exchange time: 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, you can apply for an exchange.

Product requirements:

The exchanged goods must be kept in new condition, unused, unwashed, and retain the original packaging and tags.

When exchanging goods, we will provide a replacement with the original or similar goods according to the actual situation.

Reason for replacement:

Because the size is not suitable, you want to change to another size.

Because the style, color, etc. of the product do not meet personal preferences, you want to change to another style or color.

3. Return and exchange process


Contact customer service: Please contact and apply for return and exchange through our customer service channels (telephone, online customer service or email) within 14 days after receiving the product. Please provide your order number, product photos (if the product is damaged or has quality problems), etc.

Confirm return and exchange: After we receive your return and exchange application, we will confirm it within 2 working days and notify you of the return address or exchange warehouse.

Freight:

If there is a quality problem with the product or we send the wrong product, the round-trip freight will be borne by us.

If it is due to personal reasons (such as dislike, inappropriate size, etc.), the return and exchange freight will be borne by the customer.

When exchanging goods, if the size or style is changed due to customer reasons, the customer needs to bear the return and exchange freight. If it is due to quality problems, the exchange freight will be borne by us.

4. Refund Processing


Refund Method: After the refund is confirmed, we will refund through the original payment method within 5-7 working days. The time it takes for the refund to reach the account depends on the processing time of the payment platform.

Refund Amount: The refund amount for returned goods is the purchase price of the goods, and does not include any paid shipping costs when returning (unless it is a product quality problem).

5. Special circumstances for returns and exchanges


Inside goods: If the received goods have the above or quality problems, please contact customer service within 24 after receiving the goods and provide relevant photo proof. We are willing to replace or refund you free of charge.

Returns and exchanges for non-quality issues: If you need to return or exchange goods for personal reasons (such as inappropriate size, dislike of style, etc.), the goods must be unused, unwashed, and retain the original packaging and tags.

6. Non-returnable goods


The following goods are not returnable or exchangeable once sold:


Customized goods, underwear, socks, discounted goods, special goods.

Food, cosmetics, etc. have been opened.

7. Notes


To ensure a smooth return and exchange process, please be sure to keep the packaging materials of the product and provide proof of purchase (such as order number, delivery note, etc.).

Please ensure that the packaging of the returned product is intact and the product is not damaged during transportation.
